The Importance of communication between Purchasing, Inventory Control and Distribution. Mary Ann Tindall
Mary Ann Tindall is the Inventory/Logistics Manager for Valley Towing Products in Rochester Hills, Michigan. She is currently implementing a new Demand Planner module of Microsoft AX to improve forecasting techniques and enable product to be distributed more accurately within the Valley network.
Mary Ann has worked in the field of Supply Chain and Logistics for 24 years. Most recently, she was the Global SAP Project Manager for Ford Motor Parts Supply and Logistics and was Distribution Center Manager in Chicago and Memphis. She has served in several Supply Chain functions including forecasting, inventory control, and production control and managed the exterior plastics department for Ford Customer Service Division.
Mary Ann is a certified Project Manager and holds degrees in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University, and an MBA in Finance and Business Economics from Wayne State University.
