Joe Lorenz is an attorney in private practice in the field of corporate and purchasing law who specializes in automotive-related commercial matters and corporate transactions. Joel holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. from Michigan State University.   Mr. Lorenz’ entire legal career has been focused on the automotive industry, and he benefits from the experience of having represented the interests of OEM’s and suppliers of all sizes in a wide variety of transactions.
